As the first point of contact for our practice, I like being a part of people's wellness journey as the support person who helps set the stage for healing. I handle the essential behind-the-scenes details including scheduling, billing, and general backend supidual port to make sure your experience is as seamless and stress-free as possible. I approach my role with warmth and care.

When I’m not helpign to keep the practice running smoothly, you'll usually find me on the move! I spend a lot of time in the car, chasing my kids around to all of their different interests and activities. When I do manage to carve out a little "me" time, I love unwinding by diving into a good book or spending time in the kitchen cooking.
